Teacher Rating

      I am one of under 10% of teachers in New York City to be rated "Highly Effective" under the Department of Education rating system.  This rating was obtained from results of student scores combined with observations from the Principal and Assistant Principals.  This rating is the key element in evaluating the effectiveness of a teacher.
