Teacher Trainer

      Over the years I have been asked by my superiors to train student teachers and act as a mentor to others.  I have formally trained and worked with 11 college students majoring in Education who later became teachers and was a mentor to 8 other previously hired teachers. Mentors are chosen based upon their experience and teaching skills.  The mentoring process is undertaken in order to improve teaching qualities of new entrants in the system.
